12-plex Fixed Immunophenotyping Panel

With the advent of immunology-based strategies to combat tumors, single marker assays are not sufficient to verify response. This may be due to lack of proper identification of cellular phenotypes within samples. By understanding the complex phenotypes which may be present, researchers gain a more complete understanding of mechanisms of action and cellular phenotypes that may be promoting or hindering response.
The 12-Plex Immuno-Phenotyping Panel reveals a comprehensive view of the immune system activity at play within the tumor microenvironment. Through the use of InSituPlex technology, whole-slide images and uninhibited co-localization and co-expression of markers allow for 4,096 potential cell phenotypes.
