U-VUE Biomarker Datasheet - Granzyme B

Target:Granzyme B
Alternative Name:GzmB
Clone:EPR8260
Isotype:Rabbit IgG
Reactivity:Human
Main cell types:Cytotoxic T lymphocytes and Natural killer cells
Subcellular Location:Intracellular, secreted
Positive control:Tonsil, Spleen

Granzyme B is a serine protease stored in secretory granules of Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and Natural killer (NK) cells. Activated cytotoxic cells release grnazyme B that enters into the target cells where it can interact with cellular substrates to initiate cell death.
