T-act FixVUE™ Panel
Identify and characterize professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs). This APC 4-plex/5-color panel enables co-expression to visualize specific subsets of cells along the dendritic, monocyte/macrophage, and B cell lineages.

Cell Phenotypes
Cell Phenotyping with the APC FixVUE Panel

The APC FixVUE antibody panel enables users to identify and characterize professional antigenpresenting cells (APCs). CD11c is highly expressed on the surface of dendritic cells. CD20 is a marker of B cells. A cocktail of CD68 and CD163 identifies macrophages. MHC class II is expressed on APCs. The co-localization of these markers allows for the identification of specific subsets of cells along the dendritic, monocyte, macrophage, and B cell lineages.

Markers
Main Cell Type
Markers,Main Cell Type
CD11c
Dendritic cells
CD11c, Dendritic cells
Dendritic cells modulate T cell, B cell, monocyte/ macrophage function to link innate and adaptive immunity.
CD20
B cells
CD20, B cells
B cells function within the adaptive immune response and are responsible for the development and secretion of antibodies. CD20 is a pan-B cell marker.
CD68/CD163
Macrophages
CD68/CD163, Macrophages
Macrophages modulate the immune response.
MHC II
Professional antigen-presenting cells
MHC II, Professional antigen-presenting cells
MHC Class II is responsible for the presentation of pathogenic epitopes to the immune system.
